The Office of General Counsel is the in-house legal unit that represents Cornell University on all legal matters. The º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Office, based in NYC, provides legal advice and counsel on business and compliance matters that directly impact º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ, including matters involving its international programs, health law issues, research operations and compliance issues, data privacy, technology licensing, general contracting, employment issues, and other matters impacting faculty, staff and students on the º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ campus.
