The Neurological Surgery Department provides minimally invasive surgery for the brain and spine in adults and children. Physician specialties encompass the full spectrum of neurological diseases, from stroke to Parkinson's disease, and the department offers patients technologically advanced care in modern facilities. Neurosurgeons have produced advances in research, including computer mapping of the brain to cure epilepsy through surgery. The department also teaches medical students, residents and fellows through specialized training courses in topics such as skull base surgery in our advanced Neurosurgical Innovations and Training Center for Skull Base and .
